Oxygen theme

Oxygen is an updated version of the Trakdesk default customer support portal theme.

Oxygen is available in the following colors:

• Blue

Installing a theme

1. Login to your helpdesk as an administrator.
2. Go to the Admin page.
3. Select the Themes option.
4. At the Top Right of the page, click on the drop down select menu and select Themes.
5. Once you have located the theme you would like to install, select a color and click on the Install button.
6. Finally, once the theme has been installed, click on the grey checkbox to set the theme as your default.
