Removing the Trakdesk branding from your helpdesk

If you are like most businesses, you may want to customize your customer support portal to reflect your brand. Trakdesk allows you to completely customize your customer support portal with your own layout, colors and functions. You can also remove the "Customer Service Software by Trakdesk branding" from your customer support portal footer if you are subscribed to the business plan or higher.

Removing the "Customer Service Software by Trakdesk" branding

1. Login to your helpdesk as an administrator. 
2. Go to the Admin Page.
3. Select the Themes option.
4. Edit your Default theme.
5. Under the Theme Pages section, locate and edit the Footer theme file from the list of theme pages.
6. Finally, In the code editor, remove the following code:

   <span><a href="//trakdesk.com" target="_blank">{{ 'Customer Service Software' | t }}</a> {{ 'by Trakdesk' | t }}</span>

7. Click on the Save Changes button to apply your changes.

Removing the "powered by trakdesk" branding

If you are looking to remove the "Powered by trakdesk" branding from your outgoing emails, there is no configuration needed. The branding will be automatically removed once you upgrade to the business plan or higher.
